Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you’re seeking help for emotional challenges, health-related concerns, ADHD, or personal growth, my practice offers a structured and collaborative process designed to deliver real, lasting results.
In your first 50-minute session, we’ll explore your symptoms, personal history, & therapy goals in depth. This helps us create a personalized, supportive, & effective treatment plan.
Most clients start with a 6-week plan of 50–100 minute weekly sessions. Each session is structured, practical, and designed for steady, meaningful progress.
For clients outside Ontario or California, I offer intensive therapy—daily 2–5 hour sessions for 1–2 weeks—ideal for rapid, focused breakthroughs on urgent or deep-rooted issues.
I offer ADHD evaluations including intake, evidence-based assessments, a detailed report, and a debrief—providing clear, personalized insight beyond just a diagnosis.
ADHD treatment includes 10–12 weekly sessions, personalized strategies, structured exercises, & ongoing support to build focus, manage symptoms, & improve daily functioning.
